Although government officials were in the area on July 9 to talk to residents about uninsured damages due to flooding this spring, if you missed them you still have a chance to get your information to them.
“There will be forms at the town office for residents who had no insurance coverage and suffered seepage damage,” said town manager Anna-Marie Bridge. She added town staff have been trained to help residents fill out the forms properly. Further questions can be answered by Alberta Emergency Management staff, whose number is supplied on the applicable forms. Likewise, forms and help filling them out will be available at the county office and the Village of Foremost office. |
